This causes re-installation problems and can often hinder the ability of the part to be properly re-torqued to factory specifications. This costs you money and reliability.

The Godspeed powder coating process includes: sand-blasting & welding imperfections on-site, as well as proper surface preparation to ensure ease of re-installation. Godspeed then applies the electrically charged powder, of your color and texture choice, onto the metal surfaces of your parts. After the powder is evenly applied, all of the freshly painted pieces go into a special 9-foot-tall oven for baking. Your parts are then ready for final installation as soon as they've cooled and pass final inspection.
